Fast Flush Drum

If heavy transfer of fluids is essential, it is useful to regulate the quality of the fuel as fast as possible at the very beginning. This can be achieved by a Fast Flush Drum (also known as a dewatering tank). It is mainly a system designed to allow the operator to visually see water bubbles or contaminants very visibly when a lot of product is pumped in. Should the quality not meet the conditions, none of the product will be moved in and the whole thing can be securely drained.
On a smaller and more precise scale, an Aljac sampler can also be used in conjunction. This smaller device has a glass enclosure and has an inlet to enables a water detector to be introduced. A change in color of the detector will control if there is any traces of water.
